1. The optimization of the institutional system and of the human recourses system within the R.B.P. and the N.C.A.

  • To continue the development of the R.B.P. capacity to apply the Schengen acquis and the border management (twinning)
  • The development of the R.B.P. Human Resources - Phase 1 - the creation of the institutional capacity for the development and the implementation of a Strategy of Organizational Development and of the management of change (services)
  • Technical projecting and tender documentation S.C.O.M.A.R. (services)
  • Anti-corruption measures for R.B.P. and N.C.A. (twinning)
  • The improvement of the cooperation between R.B.P. and N.C.A. at the border with Serbia and Montenegro (twinning light)
  • Technical project and tender documentation for the development of the R.B.P. Integrated System for the Surveillance of the Danube River and of the Danube Delta (frame contact).
  • The technical drafting and the drawing up of the tender documentation for the reconfiguration of the infrastructure and of the traffic fluxes in the B.C.P.'s, as well as for the building and rehabilitation of the mooring places of the R.B.P. ships.

2. The continuous development of the system of border strengthening

  • Acquisition of ships for R.B.P. for the surveillance and control of the blue border
  • Enlargement of the data - voice communication system (acquisitions)
  • Drafting and implementation of the mobile communication system (acquisitions)
  • Modernization and repairs for the training centres of G.I.B.P. (works) - Constanta, Oradea
  • Acquisition of naval equipments (acquisitions)
  • Acquisition of furniture and equipments for the Contact Centres and Contact Points (acquisitions)
  • Improvement of the flux of persons and merchandise in the border crossing points (works)
  • Endowment of the training centres with specialized training equipments (acquisitions)
  • Endowment of some border crossing points with special detection equipments
