Foreign Citizens
Foreign citizens can enter Romania under Government Ordinance no. 194/2002 regarding the regime of foreigners in Romania, as subsequently modified and amended and Emergency Ordinance no. 102/2005 on the free movement on the territory of Romania of the citizens of the Member States of the European Union and of the European Economic Area, updated.
