RO 0006.16.01.01/01 - Dezvoltarea functiei de instruire

TOTAL BUDGET 700.000 Euro

  • 14 officers within the Romanian Border Police structures completed, in Great Britain, a postgraduate course in the field of Human Resources Management;
  • The projects of the courses were implemented in order to improve the activities of the Human Resources Management within the RBP;
  • They conveyed the stored knowledge to 150 officers from the RBP structures during 5 sessions of training.

RO 0006.16.01.01/02 - The equipment supply for the Training Centre Iasi

TOTAL BUDGET 300.000 Euro

Training equipment amounting to 225.000 Euro were contracted and delivered.

RO 0006.16.01.01/03 - The Rehabilitation of the Infrastructure of the Training Centre Iasi

TOTAL BUDGET 1.200.000 Euro

  • The rehabilitation of the buildings of the training centre Iasi was contracted and realized.
  • The wining companies, COMINCO SA and DIEKAT, finalized the rehabilitation works. The final acceptance will take place on 13.11.2004

RO 0006.16.01.02 - Training in the communication management

The project was finalized on 15.05.2003. 57 RBP officers were trained in the field of communication management.

RO 0006.16.01.03 - Mobility

TOTAL BUDGET 4.440.000 Euro

There have been contracted and delivered the following types of equipments:

  • 47, 4x4 vehicles (NISSAN Romania);
  • 17 boats (OSTRODA Yacht);
  • 5 fluvial dinghies - (Cantieri Navali del Golfo);
  • 46 intervention vehicles (Porsche Romania).

For the first two categories the final acceptance has already taken place. It follows the final acceptance for the fluvial dinghies - on 30.11.2004 and for intervention vehicles - on 06.02.2005.

RO 0006.16.01.04 - Surveillance

TOTAL BUDGET 4.950.000 Euro

  • The acquisition of surveillance equipments for the eastern and northern border;

There have been contracted and delivered the following types of equipments:

  • 202 night watch glasses (Optix Bulgaria);
  • 72 night watch binoculars (Optix Bulgaria);
  • 49 infrared portable systems (Germanos Greece);
  • 8 surveillance special vehicles (British Aerospace).

The final acceptance took place as follows: 02.07.2004 - Optix Bulgaria, 01.10.2004 - Germanos, 01.11 2003 - BAE Systems.

RO 0006.16.01.05 - Tactical Support

TOTAL BUDGET 1.330.000 Euro

There have been acquired and delivered the following equipments:

  • 1.250 uniforms and 20.000 socks - Stimpex SA;
  • 4.500 boots - Prod Stefano;
  • 4.300 rubber boots - Finca Dragasani;
  • 62 computers, 31 printers and 48 document optical readers - Bull SA;
  • 1.500 uniforms - International Conf.;
  • 6.750 summer uniforms and 5625 winter boots - Stimpex SA.

There have been concluded the final acceptances for all these equipments.
