Romanian Border Police officers within Timis County Border Police Inspectorate detected 4 migrants trying to illegally cross the Romanian-Hungarian border in order o reach France. Other seventeen migrants were apprehended after illegally crossing the Serbian-Romanian border.
During this morning, at about 05.40 hours,
Border Police officers within Sannicolau Mare Border Police Sector,
Timis County, detected, in the competency area, a group of 4
illegal migrants walking over the field towards Hungary. Taking
into consideration the fact that the four aforementioned people,
all males, had no identity documents and spoke no Romanian, Border
Police officers led the people on the premises of Sannicolau Mare
Border Police Sector, in order to sort out the situation.
On this occasion, was established the fact that two of theme are
citizens of Tunisia and two Algerians with ages from 17 to 29 years
old who illegally crossed the Hungarian-Romanian border in order to
reach France.
In this case, prior acts of criminal investigation in terms of the
offense of attempt of state border illegal crossing were drawn by
Border Police officers.
Also during this morning, Border Police officers
within Lunga Border Police Sector, Timis County, detected, in the
competency area, three groups of 17 illegal migrants. They had no
identity documents and spoke no Romanian. Border Police officers
led the people on the premises of Lunga Border Police Sector, in
order to sort out the situation.
On this occasion, was established the fact that all seventeen are
citizens of Alger, with ages from 22 to 40 years old who illegally
crossed the Serbian-Romanian border.
Border Police officers draw prior acts of criminal investigation in
terms of the offense of state border illegal crossing, following,
at the end of the investigation to be taken all the imposed legal
measures.
