Information regarding border traffic on 11.03.2022

On 10.03.2022, within a 24 hour interval, at national level, 70,974 people entered Romania through the border points, out of which 21,003 Ukrainian citizens (decreasing by 10,8% compared to the previous day).

On the border with Ukraine, 8,080 Ukrainian citizens entered Romania (decreasing of 8,8%), and on the border with the Republic of Moldova, 11,299 Ukrainian citizens entered (decreasing by 12,9%).

On the way out of Romania, 93,417 people completed the formalities, of which 23,653 were Ukrainian citizens (decreasing by of 3,3%).

Since the onset of this crisis, until 10.03.2022, at 24.00 h, at national level, approximately 344,518 Ukrainian citizens entered Romania and 282,497 Ukrainian citizens left.

We further reiterate that the border guards are on duty and in constant contact with the institutional partners, having all the necessary measures in place to ensure the security of Romania's borders.
