Border Police officers within Arad Border Police County Inspectorate detected a Turkish citizen intending to exit Romania illegally; he was hidden under the luggage from a trunk of a vehicle, two Bulgarians being in the car.
On the morning of 25th of July 2011, at about 06.45 hours, at the Nadlac Border Crossing Point came in order to exit the country Ibrahim I., Bulgarian citizen, 45 years old, driving a VW PASSAT vehicle and accompanied by Sotir K., also Bulgarian, 45 years old.
During border check, the two Bulgarians stated that they were on the way to Germany and the trunk of the car is only personal luggage.
Following the investigation resulted that in the trunk was hidden a person, a male. Out of the thorough checks come out the fact that the aforementioned person is named Halil A., 39 years old, Turkish citizen trying to illegally reach Germany.
Border Police officers interrupted the journey of the aforementioned people and draw prior acts of criminal investigation in terms of the offense of attempt of illegal state border crossing in regards to Turkish citizen and of the offense of complicity to attempt of illegal state border crossing in regards to Bulgarians. At the end of the investigation, they are going to be presented to the prosecutor in order to be taken the imposed legal measures.
